Our policies and procedures are essential in ensuring we deliver the highest quality service to our customers. Please review them and contact our team if you have any questions.

Late Policy

We operate by appointment, so please ensure you arrive on time. A $10 late fee will be applied for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and any deposit will be forfeited, requiring you to reschedule. This policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED. We do suggest that you arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early.

No call no show policy

All no-call, no-show appointments will be charged the remaining balance on the card on file and will be blocked from future bookings and services. Any remaining sessions in purchased packages will also be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, so please book your appointments accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment, please use the link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the email indicates that “changes can no longer be made,” you have missed the 24-hour window and will incur a $25 fee. If you are unable to cancel via email, please text 901.267.1214 for assistance.

Rescheduling Policy

To reschedule your appointment, please use the link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance. If the email indicates that “changes can no longer be made,” you have missed the 24-hour window. In this case, any deposit paid will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook your appointment. For package deals, your card on file will be charged a $40 rescheduling fee. If you are unable to reschedule via email, please text (901) 267-1214 for assistance. Please note appointments an only be rescheduled twice.
